We do our best to pack your crystals in the safest and most professional way, including bubble wraps, packing papers, etc.

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $49 within Australia

Free Express Shipping for orders over $99 within Australia

Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $49:

$9.99 – Standard: Dispatched within 1-2 business days

$15.99 – Express: Dispatched next business day

PICK UP is NOT available at this time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept credit cards and bank transfers. We also offer PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and UnionPay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items purchased from us are handpicked, carefully checked, and packaged in the most secure way.

However, on rare occasions, your items may be damaged during transit.

For faulty products, please contact us at crystalili2021@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. An exchange or store credit may be offered at our discretion after assessment.

For breakages in transit, please also contact us at the same email address within 5 days of receiving your parcel, and we can direct you to the Australia Post compensation channel.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items and change of mind.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

CUSTOM ORDERS
