Returns & Exchanges 

All items purchased from Crystalili are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. Please note once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.

For breakages and exchange requests, the most efficient way is to contact Australia Post directly via 137678 or fill out their online form within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Customer shall aware that all breakage issues are accessed and handled by Australia Post Not by Crystalili. Customers need to raise the issue with Australia Post and follow the instruction. If you contact us, we will also direct you to Australia Post. However, if you still require assistance, please contact us via contact@crystalili.com.au.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time.
